SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

This page describes how SC Pronto LLC ("SC Pronto," "we") and the businesses we serve send text (SMS/MMS) messages, and how you give and withdraw consent.

The short version: We only text you if you opt in. Messages are about appointments and your inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply. We never sell your information, and we never share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Program description

When you contact a business that uses SC Pronto, or request a demo from us, you may receive text messages related to your request — such as appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, replies to your questions, and follow-ups about the service you asked about.

How you opt in (consent)

You provide express consent to receive text messages when you:

Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions (for example, a confirmation and a reminder per appointment). You will not receive recurring marketing messages unless you separately opt in to them.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To get help, reply HELP or email stefano@scpronto.com.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SC Pronto does not charge you for receiving messages.

Privacy & data sharing

We use your phone number only to send the messages described above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with messaging service providers (such as Twilio) strictly to deliver these messages. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
