These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website scpronto.com and the services provided by SC Pronto LLC ("SC Pronto," "we," "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
SC Pronto provides AI receptionist, appointment booking, messaging, and related automation services for local businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and term for each client are defined in a separate service agreement or order.
Unless your service agreement says otherwise, monthly plans can be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle. Setup fees and amounts already incurred are non-refundable except as stated in our guarantee below.
If your AI receptionist does not recover more in value than it costs during the first 30 days of active service, we will refund that month's service fee, subject to the conditions in your service agreement.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and carrier requirements, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC messaging rules. You are responsible for the consent and content of messages sent to your customers through the services.
We work to keep services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party providers (telephony, calendar, AI, hosting) may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SC Pronto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or missed calls/leads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three (3) months.
SC Pronto retains ownership of its software, configurations, prompts, and templates. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
